For the last 10 years, we have been celebrating my wife's birthday at St. Nicolas. We really like the place & its friendly staff, and the food at the Lohengrin restaurant is also excellent (ask for the "truite au blue" - they still do it old style & it is wonderful with a bottle of their steely Luxemburg riesling wines). In the meanwhile, the hotel also has a nice spa and wellness centre. This is our secret hiding place at the Moselle...
